Sweet Like Honey
My obsession with this series had me buying the movie's single. Aozora Pedal was written by Suga Shikao. It is the ending theme of the Honey and Clover movie. I really wish I could hear his version of this song. It is a somber and reminiscient type of song in the traditional Suga Shiko fashion. However, I think since Arashi is a pop group, it was made slightly more upbeat to suit their image. As a whole, it is more mature and of course more meaningful since it accompanies and compliments Honey and Clover. I was a bit disappointed to find that the single didn't contain the movie trailer, but I was surprised to actually like all of the tracks in it. It (Ltd Ed B) did come with a making of the PV though. I think that would be harder to find than the PV itself. Edition A, however is already out of stock. The 3 editions (Ltd Ed A, B, Regular) were released August 1 2006. Edition A has the Aozora Pedal PV . The look and feel of the album in itself is very atypical from Arashi's previous ones. Although technically I don't own any of their previous albums, I do like this one. I guess Suga Shikao has something to do with that. I'm glad Honey and Clover is how it is. I has yet to disappoint me even until the end of the manga.
