Big Five
I was listening to KNX1070 this morning and they were talking about how employers were using various methods to screen their potential employees such as checking their online profiles, bloggs, ethics at home, and personality tests like the Myers-Briggs and so forth. I was curious to see what score I would get taking these, so I decided to take two short ones. In the end, I basically got what I already know. I guess I haven't changed much in the past few years, but my introversion isn't as bad as it used to be. See, there's hope! ^^
