iPhone says "Touch me"
The long awaited and highly speculated new product of Steve Jobs and his staff of creative genius has officially debuted the new iPhone [iPhone pictures] at the Macworld Expo 2007 this morning.
I must say it's rather pretty and the colors on the screen are very vivid, but ultra fragile with the touch screen sensitive face. I'm really going to hate all the smuges it's going to get and all the scratches it may incur like my iPod. The phone is stated to be released this June in the US and 2008 in Asia. Finally, we get someothing cool first. :D and I assume this is Apple's plan is to revolutionize the next generation smart phone.
The low down:
This phone is exclusive to Cingular customers (that sucks for me as I have a Verizon). The 4Gb version for $499 and 8Gb for $599 and conveniently runs OSx :D. I think most of you who have Blackberry's would see this as a possible alternative. Although I'm extremely tempted, I think I shall hold off for now until I find a feature in this thing that I absolutely must have that I can't already achieve with my own phone and iPod. All-in one devices are cool, but I would really hate to drop this out of my pocket or get it stolen D:
